**Requirements**:

- Effective communication skills with site personnel, subcontractors, and clients.
- Valid motor or driving license.
- CIDB Certificate preferred.
- Experience in ELV systems.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in construction management software. (Auto Cad and Etc)
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and travel as needed.
- Ability to work after hours during maintenance incidents or urgent project needs.
- Diploma or degree in engineering or related field preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and materials on-site.
- Maintain positive relationships with site personnel, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Identify and resolve operational issues, continuously improving work processes.
- Prepare work orders, site reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and report site progress through daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate material deliveries and manage on-site inventory.
- Enforce company policies and provide training to workers and subcontractors.
- Address disputes or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate project records and stay updated on industry best practices.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ELV: 1 year (preferred)
