We are seeking an experienced
IT Sales Manager
to drive tender management, technology solution sales, and strategic client engagement across IT, HealthTech, Fuel Management, and ELV/Smart Building domains. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing tenders, building relationships with ministries & government agencies, and positioning technology-driven solutions that fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Opportunity Identification & Pursuit
Source, evaluate and qualify tenders, RFQs, and project opportunities across IT, HealthTech, Fuel Management & ELV sectors.
Ensure complete alignment with client, ministry, and government procurement requirements.
2. Tender & Proposal Management
Lead end-to-end tender preparation including documentation, pricing inputs, solution structuring, compliance checks, and submission.
Manage clarifications, follow-ups, and post-award processes.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build trusted long-term relationships with ministries, government agencies, and corporate clients.
Represent the company in presentations, briefings, and stakeholder meetings.
4. Solution Positioning & Sales
Conduct needs assessments and present integrated IT & technology solutions such as:
- IT systems, networks, servers, firewalls
- HealthTech systems (HIS, RFID)
- Fuel automation & monitoring systems
- ELV & Smart Building technologies
Work with internal teams to develop commercially sound proposals.
5. Market Intelligence & Business Strategy
Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming tenders to support strategic planning.
Provide insights to management on market gaps, opportunities, and product positioning.
6. Reporting & Pipeline Management
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, tender trackers, meeting logs, and business development reports for performance visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Software Development, Marketing, or related fields.
8–12 years of experience in:
- IT business development
- Tender/Bid management
- Technology solution sales
Proven track record in contributing to project wins and achieving sales targets.
Technical Awareness: Familiar with IT system integration (Network, Server, Firewall, Wireless).
Basic understanding of:
- Healthcare Technology (HIS, RFID)
- Fuel Management Systems
- ELV / Smart Building Solutions
- Exposure to cloud, virtualization, enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and Microsoft platforms.
Skills
Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Highly organized, analytical, and capable of handling multiple deadlines.
Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities.
