The **Purchasing Executive** is responsible for managing the procurement process within an organization. This includes sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, goods, and services required for operations. The role involves close collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and assess potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
- Negotiate favorable terms and prices with suppliers to secure cost-effective deals.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely delivery.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock situations.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Work closely with internal departments to understand and fulfill their procurement needs.
- Stay updated with market trends and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years above in a purchasing or procurement role.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
