**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and design seasonal collections aligned with the brand’s vision and target market.
- Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, and colors to ensure the designs are innovative and market-relevant.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial sketches to final production.
- Collaborate with the merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive and marketable collections.
- Manage fittings and provide clear instructions for adjustments to ensure garments meet design and quality standards.
- Source fabrics, trims, and materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers and assistants.
- Create and maintain technical packs for production, including detailed specifications and design guidelines.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to monitor sampling and production timelines.
- Present design concepts and collections to management and key stakeholders for approval.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs and technical skills.
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
- In-depth knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion trends.
