**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project delivery and company goals, ensuring timely material availability while minimizing waste and obsolescence.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendors with a strong focus on **specialized computer hardware** and IT infrastructure components.
- Manage the full procurement cycle: quotation requests, evaluation, purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with Technical and Project teams to forecast demand, maintain optimal inventory levels, and streamline procurement processes.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers, warehouse partners, and transporters to ensure efficient storage and delivery operations.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and applicable regulations.
- Identify and secure new suppliers, warehouse options, and logistics service providers to support business growth.
- Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management, including supplier performance evaluations and cost analysis.
- Monitor market trends affecting supply chain operations, such as hardware pricing and shipping conditions.
- Maintain organized records of procurement and inventory using available tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Recommend and support improvements to procurement and logistics processes for greater efficiency and transparency.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry**, particularly in supply chain, procurement, or related roles.
- **Proven experience in specialized computer hardware sourcing**, vendor negotiation, and end-to-end procurement activities.
- **Must be able to work on-site at the Cyberjaya office, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**.
- A **proactive and aggressive individual**, capable of taking initiative and driving **cost-saving procurement strategies**.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics operations relevant to IT and digital infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently as the sole person in the department, managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for procurement tracking; experience with ERP or inventory tools is an advantage.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in data center or IT infrastructure procurement.
- Exposure to international vendor sourcing and logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with implementing or optimizing procurement systems or processes.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
