**Supply Chain Deploy Specialist - Contingent Workforce Deployment**
- **Oil & Gas Industry (SHELL)**

- **Contract Duration**:1 Year (renewable)
- **Working Days**:Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
- **Base Salary**:RM4,000 - RM 4,500

**About the Role**

Join **Shell’s Global Supply Chain and Contracting & Procurement (CP) Operations** team and play an active role in driving our **journey toward net-zero emissions**.
As part of the **Process, Data & Systems (PDS)** team, you will help deploy digital solutions that enhance efficiency, support global operations, and enable a sustainable, low-carbon future.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a **CP Specialist - Contingent Workforce Deployment**, you will:

- **Support Deployment Activities**: Coordinate deployment tasks, schedule meetings, track progress, and maintain documentation.
- **Assist with Testing**: Help prepare test cases, monitor test execution, and report findings or issues.
- **Facilitate User Training**: Organize training sessions, prepare learning materials, and provide onboarding support.
- **Contribute to Change Communication**: Prepare communication materials and gather user feedback for change management.
- **Ensure Data Accuracy**: Collect and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy for system migration.
- **Support Cutover Activities**: Track cutover tasks, update timelines, and coordinate readiness with relevant teams.
- **Monitor Hypercare Activities**: Log post-deployment issues, prepare reports, and support issue resolution.
- **Drive Continuous Improvement**: Participate in review sessions and share input for process enhancement.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education & Experience**:

- Minimum **Bachelor’s Degree**.
- At least **4 years of experience** in project support, deployment, or related functions.
- **Technical & Functional Skills**:

- Strong understanding of **procurement or supply chain processes** (e.g., purchasing, accounts payable, master data).
- Experience with **ERP systems** such as Blueprint, GSAP, SAP Finesse, SERP, BG SAP, GSAP Chem, S4, or Crystal (preferred).
- Proficiency in **MS Office tools** (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with **Power Apps, Power BI, or Python** is an advantage.
- **Soft Skills & Attributes**:

- Effective **stakeholder engagement** and collaboration across teams and functions.
- Strong **communication skills** in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent **organizational skills**, attention to detail, and time management.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- **Adaptable**, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
