Business Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities1. Quotation & Proposal Management**
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure accuracy of technical details.
- Track pending quotations and follow up with clients.
**2. Contract Coordination**
- Coordinate new contract executions with relevant internal teams.
- Handle contract closure processes efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
**3. Client Communication & Support**
- Handle client questions, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely updates to clients on ongoing matters.
**4. Sales & Business Support**
- Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and supporting documents.
- Provide administrative support to sales and business development teams.
- Track sales progress and update reports when needed.
**5. Coordination & Administration**
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain proper records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support management in any other business coordination tasks as required.
**Requirements**:
- 0 - 2 years experience as Business Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,250.00 per month
