We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Administrative Intern** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in office administration and business operations.
As an intern, you will work closely with our administrative and operations staff to support day-to-day activities, help streamline processes, and ensure smooth office functioning.
Your roles will be inclusive of, but not limited to:
- **Data Management**: Collect, update, and verify client earning reports; assist with payment files and maintain accurate financial records.
- **Client & Partner Communication**: Liaise with homeowners, building management, and respond to owner queries professionally.
- **Event & Office Coordination**: Assist in organizing team events and ensure smooth daily office operations.
- **Finance Assistance**: Provide administrative support to the finance team and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
