**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative duties (filing, data entry, documentation, general office admin).
- Handle daily basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment processing, and petty cash.
- Maintain proper records of financial transactions.
- Prepare basic financial reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business Admin, or related field.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) & accounting software (e.g.. SQL, AutoCount).
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Able to work independently and multitask.
