Oversee and coordinate the operational activities in the assigned territories, ensuring development and implementation of efficient operation and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization.
- Implement the best practice of Manufacturing/ Engineering Process, Quality System and cost review.
- Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement on Cost, Delivery & Quality.
- Provide manufacturing leadership for global operating location, ensuring all the staff and their works comply with safety and environmental regulatory.
- Serve as a coach, mentor and team-builder for the regional/ global manufacturing sites, establishing roles, responsibilities and measures of performance.
- Responsible for all aspects of operational performance while building up the capabilities of the manufacturing organization.
- Develop and execute annual budgets, capital plans and cost out plans.
- Lead and manage daily operations among all the manufacturing sites in different continentals.
- Work closely with senior business leaders and various functional heads to achieve the business/ operational goals and targets.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree or master in business administration or operations
- Experience in handling all dept as a General Manager in manufacturing line, pls refer to the product
- Must know Mandarin (read, write and speak) as he/she will be dealing directly with Taiwan HQ
- Will oversee plants based in Johor (PTD 8738 & 8739, Jalan Perindustrian 3, Kawasan Perindustrian Pontian, 82000 Pontian, Johor, Malaysia) and Singapore
- Average headcount in Johor plant is 150HC and in Singapore is 290HC.
- Benefits wise still in discussion. It will be further shared during the interview session.
- Probation period is 3 to 6 months.
- General entitlement is bonus and yearly increment. No profit sharing or shares.
- It is a replacement hiring.
- Two rounds of interview.
- Working hours is 8am to 5.30pm but might need to stay back from time to time to settle urgent matter for both plants

**Salary**: RM18,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
