**Job Overview: -**

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Collect feedback from the hiring managers for hiring decisions.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and selection processes.

**Job Requirements: -**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years with proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Proven work experience as Technical/IT Recruiter would be an added advantages.
- Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to effectively utilize various recruitment channels.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Results-driven mindset and ability to meet recruitment targets.
- **Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) are essential.**
