The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. We combine traditional management consulting with our rich data assets and in-house technology to provide our clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, test-and-learn business experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. While specializing in the payments industry, Mastercard Data & Services also works closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.

In leading the problem-solving process to drive high-value decisions, you will also have the opportunity to mentor junior teammates and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development. At Mastercard, you are expected to not only have a tremendous impact in transforming our clients but also have a leading role in shaping the organization’s future.

You will receive coaching to enable you to take ownership of day-to-day project management across client engagements:

- Test & Learn: Executing business testing, similar to clinical trials, and partnering to use the test results to develop a go-forward strategy. Examples of testing can cross from marketing, capital projects, merchandising, and any part of the business that impacts the customer experience.
- Consulting: Leveraging our skills, experience, and expertise to help clients improve profitability and operational effectiveness, and overall customer experience. Focus areas are primarily payments related.
- Insights & Analytics: Leveraging Mastercard data combined with data science approaches to identify consumer behavior, degree of loyalty, and spend across industries to help clients better understand their customers, and develop marketing and loyalty strategies.

We work with clients across many industries including, Financial Services, Consumer Packaged Goods, Insurance, Hospitality, and Retail (apparel, grocery, convenience).
