Joining Capco as an Associate Consultant provides you the opportunity to mingle with likeminded talents from a range of different backgrounds and seniority levels.

From Day 1 as an Associate Consultant, you will be put through a training course and be given the opportunity to access a range of different learning modules such as Agile, Business Analysis, Design Thinking and Project Management.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?**:
We are looking for young talent with 1-3 years of working experience with a university degree in any background or discipline who have an interest in financial services and are motivated to work in a fast-paced, challenging, project-based environment. Previous professional experience is not limited to financial services industry. We require strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage, matched with strong Microsoft Office knowledge (e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

**Preferred Requirements**:

- 1-3 years working experience
- University degree with GPA 0 or a 2:1 equivalent and above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Visio and Project an advantage)
- Fluency in Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent, resourceful, team player, passionate about learning and not afraid of a challenge
