**Sales Specialist (Aston Martin)**

**Basic + Commission (1 car commission can go up to 10k) depend on car type.**

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in selling luxury cars, for brands like Maserati, Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari, McLaren etc.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years Automotive Sales experience.
- Possess own transport with a valid driving licence.
- Good communication skills, resourceful and able to work independently.

**Job responsibility**:
1. Achieve sales performances which at least meet periodic and annual sales targets whilst maximizing profit gained from each transaction and maintaining the potential for repeat business.

2. Ensure that all contact (written, oral and personal presentation) with customers is conducted in such a manner as to enhance the Company’s reputation.

3. Seek to constantly improve knowledge of vehicles, finance products and accessories, as well as gain an understanding of consumer protection legislation as it affects new car retail sales.

4. Attend to customer complaint promptly.

5. Manages customer retention management and all aftersales pre-requisitions.

6. Promote all services of the Company to customers when the opportunity arises.

7. Ensure all quality procedures are adhered to.

8. Fully comply to the requirements addressed by Aston Martin Lagonda.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
