Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing online sales platforms, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to drive e-commerce growth. Daily tasks include coordinating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, optimizing product listings, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to implement campaigns and promotions.

  • Analytical Skills for data analysis and strategy development
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
