1. Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly outlet sales performance.
- Prepare executive dashboards and reports for CEO.
- Analyze trends, performance gaps, and validate data with Sales Ops/Area Managers.
2. Strategic Sales Execution Support
- Support CEO in communicating and executing sales targets.
- Monitor the implementation of promotions and launches.
- Act as CEO's liaison for real-time follow-up with sales teams.
3. Market & Competitor Insight Compilation
- Conduct regular market scans on competitors’ pricing, campaigns, and expansion.
- Report consumer behavior trends that influence strategy.
4. Project Coordination for Sales Initiatives
- Coordinate special projects (e.g., loyalty programs, bundles, regional pushes).
- Track implementation and escalate bottlenecks.
5. Outlet & Sales Team Liaison
- Visit outlets to gather insights and feedback.
- Consolidate feedback into strategic recommendations.
6. Presentation & Documentation Preparation
- Draft and design reports, decks, and data visualizations.
- Prepare material for board meetings, partners, or investors.
7. Confidential & Executive Coordination
- Handle sensitive sales projects with discretion.
- Ensure CEO’s directives are clearly understood and executed.
8. Follow-Up & Execution Assurance
- Track progress on tasks and decisions related to sales.
- Send reminders, summarize outcomes, and escalate delays.
9. Sales Training & Capability Building
- Conduct regular sales training sessions for outlet teams to ensure alignment with sales strategy and customer engagement standards.
- Identify skill gaps and work with sales managers to implement corrective coaching plans.
- Support onboarding of new outlet sales staff with structured training modules.
10. Sales Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Experienced Required
1. 5-8 years in a sales management, operations, or strategy-related role (preferably in retail/FMCG)
2. Proven experience in executive reporting, cross-department collaboration, and outlet-level understanding
3. Familiar with multi-outlet operations and retail sales metrics

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
