**Location: Menara Milenium, Kuala Lumpur**

**Job Description**:
(Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to)
- General administration matters
- Retail station account opening/renewal/ supporting letters administrative support
- Sales Volume & Rebate Management
- Report generation - Sales, Sell out, AR, past due etc.
- Invoice processing
- Leads management
- Credit management (CN, credit blocks, credit board, BG tracking)
- Provides information to sales support, as and when needed
- Provides analytical support, as and when needed
- Trainings/Organizing Forums/Management Visits' coordination

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, or in a related field

2. A minimum of 3 years' experience as sales support administrative role

3. Experience in Oil & Gas sector will be an added advantage

4. Good time management and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision

5. Strong analytical skills/comfort with managing and analyzing data, must be good in Microsoft Excel.

6. Broad experience with sales administrative, sales support and data analyst functions preferred

7. Ability to identify and prioritize key issues to resolve roadblocks

8. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

9. Analytical, Proactive, and Hardworking

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: RM4,445.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales support administrative role: 3 years (preferred)
