**POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY**
- Operation and maintenance works of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems
- Operation and maintenance works of Civil and Structural (C&S) systems

**ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS**
- To assist Senior Manager of Terminal Facilities on overall O&M works for BS
- To manage effeciently the Contract Management, Crisis Management, Innovation Management, Project Management and Strategic Maintenance Management of BS
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks or duties as directed by Superior(s) or Management from time to time

**Key Challenges**:

- To follow-up and resolve all M&E systems and C&S systems at Terminal Building with Internal MA(S) Stakeholders
- To follow-up and resolve all M&E systems and C&S systems at Terminal Building with External MA(S) Stakeolders

**Skills**:

- High discipine with good interpersonal in managing, planning and coordination skills
- Well managing of works i.e to perform the authority/accountability/ resposibility in proper manner in achieving the completed work satisfactory
- Well performing the team leadership, business acumen, change & continous improvement, driving performance excellence, strategic thinking, developing others and managing stakeholders

**Education**:
**Internal**
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil
- Registered with Board of Engineers of Malaysia
- Preferably a Member of Institute of Engineers Malaysia

**External**
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil
- Registered with Board of Engineers of Malaysia
- Preferably a Member of Institute of Engineers Malaysia

**Relevant Industries**:
**Internal**
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in engineering operation & maintenance works at airport systems and facilities
- Must achieve and maintain the following performance rating for two (2) consecutive years of at least:

- **Exceptional / A or Outstanding / B; and**
- **Minimum Meet Expectations / C**

**External**
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in engineering operation & maintenance works at building systems and facilities
