New product development from concept phase to ingredient sourcing and formulation development of products. - Keeping up to date on new ingredients and process technologies and conduct market intelligence to understand market needs before sample development. Minimum Requirement for job position - Doctorate/Master/Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Science, Chemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology etc) - A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the nutraceutical industry - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail - Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and Halal Awareness - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and multitask - Evaluate new ingredients and recommend use in various products. - Collaborate with the Business Development & Marketing team to understand consumer needs and meeting deliverables in a timely manner with excellent results. - Provides technical and scientific input and support to the team. - Evaluate data from product development and identify and communicate issues/risks from formulation to production. - Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects. - Works closely with management in setting product direction, establishing priorities, and meeting Company’s goals. - Provide support in production for troubleshooting in validation runs and production runs - Provide support in quality for Raw Materials specifications, evaluations, and recommendations for testing.
