Job Description

  • Assist in the research, design, and development of new plastic household products from concept to production.
  • Support coordination and follow-up with suppliers, mould makers, and production teams to ensure timely progress of new product and mould development.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation related to R&D activities, including reports, design records, and testing data.
  • Conduct product testing, evaluation, and quality checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting issues related to product design, mould, or production processes.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Certificate in Polymer, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in plastic product development will be an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in paperwork, documentation, and reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn with a hands-on attitude.
  • Willing to travel occasionally to suppliers or production sites when required.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
