At MYEG, our in-house marketing department functions as a dynamic, multidisciplinary unit—bringing together marketing and communications, digital strategy, creative, and production expertise. We collaborate across teams to build brands, drive engagement, and deliver impactful campaigns that support the growth of MYEG’s diverse and constantly evolving portfolio of services and innovations.

We’re now looking for a **SEO Specialist / Marketing Coordinator** to join this integrated team and play a key role in ensuring seamless execution across all touch points

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and track all marketing activities/ campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, schedules, and databases.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance either by collaborating with Digital Team or using marketing analytics tools.
- Assist in content creation including copywriting, visuals, and social media posts.
- Help plan and organize marketing events, activations, and trade shows.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
- Assist with administrative tasks including preparing presentations, finance related documentations (quotations, invoices, purchase orders, etc), merchandise inventory and others
- Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and vendors to ensure consistent branding, smooth and timely campaign execution

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination or a related role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
