We are growing quickly, and an opportunity has developed on our Subsidiary's Finance team for an Accounting Associate. This is a new position created to support the expansion of the accounting function and streamline daily financial operations. The role is well-suited for early-career professionals eager to deepen their experience in accounting, as well as for seasoned individuals who enjoy contributing their expertise in a stable, collaborative environment. Above all, we are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy who thrives in a small to mid-size team setting.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily sales reporting and reconciliation
- Handle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online (bank reconciliations, transfers between accounts, intercompany transactions, A/P, client equity, etc.)
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot financial discrepancies
- Contribute to monthly profit and loss analysis
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations during month-end closes
- Support finance-related administrative tasks as required

**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
- Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred)
- CPA or CA designation, or currently eligible and planning to sit for exams (strong preference)

- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and create reports independently

- Comfortable in a close-knit, high-trust team dynamic
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Self-starter, proactive, and results-oriented
- English required; Mandarin and/or Spanish are strong advantages
