**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Install, support, and troubleshoot all issue related to IT (hardware, software, networking, and others).
- Install, configure, and manage all IT related to hardware, software, networking, and others.
- Maintain and manage inventory for IT equipment and device.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Manage to report to superiors for any incoming issues.

**QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Information Technology (IT) field.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software, networking.
- Basic knowledge of programming and system development is added advantage.
- Proven experience as an IT technician or related position.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Be able to diagnose and solve problems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork skills, written and oral communication skills, flexibility.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
