**Job Summary**We are currently looking for a **Sales & Technician Support** to be part of our **NANOSCENTS (M) SDN BHD** to be based in **Eco Botanic, Iskandar Puteri Johor Bahru** Office in Malaysia with **Headquarter office in Setia Avenue, Selangor**. Sales & Technician Support are responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, maintaining customer satisfaction and knowledge of technical product, tailored solutions for customer needs, perform aroma oil refill service & maintenance of equipment to client on time and according to schedule, assist in assembly electronics components and device when needed. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products, we’d like to meet you.

**1. Job Responsibility/Job Description**
- Technical Expertise: Explain complex technical products or services to customers, both existing and prospective.
- Solution-Oriented Selling: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Presentations and Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver presentations, including product demonstrations, to showcase value to customers.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers, engineers, and sales teams to gather requirements and address concerns.
- Problem Solving: Offer technical support, troubleshoot issues, and help customers understand how products solve their problems.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer needs and system requirements to ensure product suitability.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with various tasks, including lead generation, deal execution, and contract negotiations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Product Development Input: Contribute to product development by providing feedback from customers.
- Staying Updated: Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Management team : Perform any other duties assigned by the management and out for job service with team for large scale job.
- Technical Task : To perform aroma oil refill service/maintenance of equipment to client on time and correct according to schedule.
- Technical Task : Assist in assembly electronics components and device when needed.
- Technical Task : To deliver and install device to client when required.
- Posses own transport (Motorcycle) for refill service within Southern Area.
- Willing to travel outstation for job duty when required.
- Close cooperation with office sales team on service schedule.
- Any other ad-hoc duty assigned when required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Business Study preferreable with Electrical Certification or equivalent
- Good technical skills related to mechanical and **electrical work** with a basic in electronic equipment maintenance.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and position is required.
- Energetic to drive the business with the sales team - provide motivation & mentoring, knowledgeable in the sales & marketing to provide quick solutions.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal and result-oriented.
- Posses valid B2 license with clean track record.
- Posses own transport for work purpose.
- With CIDB Certificate.
- Good time management, punctual, trust, honest and responsible.
- Self motivated and willing to learn.
