About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team at WIITRAC ELEVATOR SDN. BHD. in Johor Branch. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our elevators, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently. What you'll be doing

  1. Performing scheduled maintenance and inspections on elevator systems
  2. Troubleshooting and repairing any issues or malfunctions in a timely manner
  3. Documenting all maintenance activities and repairs
  4. Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
  5. Collaborating with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Providing excellent customer service to our clients

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in the Technicians sub-industry
  2. Prior experience as a Technician, preferably in the elevator or similar field
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  5. Good communication and customer service skills
  6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
