Position 1 : Electrical Technician (Genset Control & Wiring)

Work Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to support the electrical assembly and wiring activities of diesel generator sets. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring all electrical work is performed in accordance with engineering specifications, safety requirements, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise electrical assembly, wiring, and termination work in accordance with approved drawings and procedures.
• Lead the assembly of control panels, switchboards, cable trays, wiring harnesses, and busbars.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure wiring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards and internal policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment through consistent application of 6S.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians.
• Support engineering teams on improvement initiatives and technical investigations.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Department Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Proficient in interpreting single-line diagrams and control wiring schematics.
• Demonstrated competency in electrical tools and panel assembly practices.
• Possession of Low/High Voltage Electrical certification (6kV–10kV) is an advantage.
• Strong work ethics, proactive attitude, and ability to lead small teams.

Language Requirements

English and Bahasa Malaysia

Mandarin proficiency is considered an added advantage.

Position 2: Mechanical Technician (Genset Assembly)

Work Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to support the assembly of diesel generator sets. The role involves supervising a small assembly team, ensuring product quality, and meeting daily production requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, leadership capability, and a commitment to maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team in the assembly of diesel generator sets, including engine, alternator, radiator, base frame, and control panel, according to drawings and work instructions.
• Ensure assembly quality, safety, and efficiency are consistently achieved in line with daily production targets.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report assembly-related issues; collaborate with engineers and supervisors to improve processes.
• Conduct routine inspections and minor maintenance of production tools and equipment.
• Manage material usage effectively to reduce waste and support cost control.
• Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness through proper 6S practices.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior technicians on assembly methods, tools, and safety protocols.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Department Manager.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or heavy equipment installation, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings.
• Skilled in mechanical fitting, alignment, and basic welding operations.
• Forklift or overhead crane operating experience is an added advantage.
• Responsible, team-oriented, and capable of coordinating manpower effectively.

Position 3 : Administrative Assistant (Salary range RM 2,000 to RM 3,300)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Manager at our Pasir Gudang facility. This full-time position plays an essential role in ensuring smooth coordination between our China technical team and local Malaysian workforce. You will assist with daily administrative tasks, translation, and production-related coordination. Your strong communication ability and independence will directly support the success of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Provide daily administrative support to the Operations Manager, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.
• Assist with communication between Mandarin-speaking China team members and local Malaysian employees.
• Translate documents and provide Mandarin–English interpretation when required.
• Support production-related coordination tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments to ensure smooth operations.

What we're looking for

• SPM and above; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Mandarin is preferred to support China engineers.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with high initiative and strong sense of urgency.
• Independent, able to work well in a team, and able to work under pressure.
• Computer literate, with basic Microsoft Office skills.
