About the role

We are seeking a driven and dedicated Technician to join our vibrant team at ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM'. As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and technical support to our valued clients. Based in Johor Bahru, Johor, this is a full-time position that offers a rewarding career opportunity within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and efficient technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues with our products and services
  3. Escalating complex cases to senior team members as needed
  4. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  5. Continuously expanding your technical knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest developments
  6. Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  7. Adhering to company policies and procedures to deliver the highest standards of service

What we're looking for

  1. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or technical support environment
  2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers
  4. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
  6. Familiarity with relevant industry terminology and technologies
