This company is located in **Skudai** and specializing in offering **hotels a comprehensive range of services**, including decoration, linen supply, laundry, and hotel supplies. Operating centralized laundry factories, shared warehouses, and convenient logistics with a sophisticated hotel linen rental and washing system. With forward warehouses in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Sarawak, Sabah, and beyond, gradually expanding across Malaysia and Singapore.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the laundry facility.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation regulations and procedures.
- Oversee the proper handling and processing of laundry items, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Implement and enforce production policies and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including inventory and equipment usage.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience within the hostel or cleaning industry.
- Strong understanding of laundry operations, including equipment and chemicals used in the process.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards relevant to the laundry industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
