What you'll be doing?
  • Organize Production: Establish and improve production systems for consistent operations.
  • Plan and Monitor: Develop and oversee production plans, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate Workshops: Align production workshops with operation plans for efficient workflow.
  • Manage Resources: Balance manpower, machinery, materials, methods, and environment for optimal production.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Facilitate smooth production activities to meet targets and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Lead Meetings: Conduct weekly meetings to analyze performance, identify issues, and propose solutions.
  • Plan Production: Develop detailed production plans based on project needs and track progress.
  • Material Management: Prepare material requirement plans and monitor material flow to prevent bottlenecks.
  • Implement PDCA: Use PDCA for continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee Equipment: Manage equipment maintenance and upgrades to ensure high availability and efficiency.
  • Ensure Safety: Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Report: Compile and submit production data in weekly and monthly reports.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: College diploma or above, with a preference for machinery-related majors.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in production management in the relevant industry.
  • Skills: Proficient in machining equipment, processing technologies, office and drawing software.
  • Languages: Fluency in Chinese, English, and Malaysian Language is essential for effective communication.
  • Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and responsible attitude.
