**Job** **Description**:

- Assist the Operation Manager in planning, organizing, and directing production activities to ensure efficient and timely production of goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Monitor production processes and implement measures to optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to maintain a high level of productivity and morale.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure adequate supply of materials and components.
- Analyse production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing production plans, budgets, and strategies to support business objectives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager.
- Ensure OEE and PPH set target met.
- Ensure Lean Thinking concept applied on daily activity
- Practice 5S concept at his/her department

**Job** **Requirement**:

- Minimum diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational certificate in industrial production, engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experienced in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 2 years in supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Solid understanding of production processes, equipment, and technology.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
