**Summary**:
The Assistant Production Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing production operations to ensure the efficient, timely, and cost-effective manufacturing of goods while maintaining quality standards and achieving production targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and schedule production based on orders, capacity, and resources.
- Lead the Production Department to meet company goals.
- Supervise daily operations, support staff, and report to management.
- Implement and monitor QMS, EMS, safety, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Manage staff performance and career development.
- Improve production metrics such as yield, scrap, and customer claims.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower and resources to meet targets.
- Maintain inventory, WIP, and work order management.
- Enforce safety, environmental, and compliance standards.
- Develop and implement SOPs for production.

**Additional Responsibilities (Lamination)**:

- Ensure quality and efficiency in the lamination process.
- Maintain product traceability and equipment usage records.
- Collaborate with Engineering to resolve process issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma with production experience.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ISO standards.
- Experience in Injection Molding or Lamination is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must comply with policies and safety procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
