**Purpose of the Role**
You will be a key member of the SILC plant THG production team reporting directly to the THG Manager. You will be responsible for all production activities from transfer, harvest and processing. You will work closely across all teams within the plant operations and corporate functions.

**Key Accountabilities**

Scheduling manpower day to day for all activities by liaising with area supervisors and leaders
- Ensuring that all production activities are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
- Working closely with other teams to ensure the production output is achieved as per plan.
- Working closely with THG manager, Maintenance and Management team to improve area 6 productivity
- With support by THG manager, working closely with Maintenance team to ensure all preventive maintenance schedule is carried out
- With support by THG manager, working closely with production planner and maintenance team to ensure annual cleaning is carried out as per plan
- Coordinate with QC and Sale team to ensure all the orders are delivered on time at good quality Monitoring the team consumables and finished goods packaging materials
- With support by THG manager and production planner, making sure all the assigned trials are carried out as per schedule
- Responsible for cross checking and ensure the finished goods inventory is updated properly

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain all the team working follow procedure and work instructions
- Prioritize safety at all times to all the production area (area 4, 5 and 6)
- Full in charge of area 6 operation, in charge of area 4 and 5 when supervisor are in rest day
- Conduct regular inspections at the production areas to make sure the team assignments are carried out
- Ensure all operators adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
- Document and prepare daily report to THG manager
- Oversee consumable stock and packaging material, place orders for new supplies when necessary
- In charge of all finished goods inventory control and data accuracy. Responsible for variance analysis of physical stock during month end stock take
- Maintain and improve pest control performance
- Implementation the 5S methodology system to the production areas
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time either within or out of your current scope of employment must perform accordingly.

**Requirements & Person Specifications**
- Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management.
- Be able to work with cross department (R&D, Maintenance, Engineering, QC, Sale)
- Oversee and coordinate the technician to maintain and repair the machinery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to perform shifts on weekends and public holidays.
- Good integrity, positive thinking, and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Reporting Lines & Supervision**
- Directly reporting to the THG manager. You will directly supervise the supervisors & Line Leaders.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
