The Employee Will:

- Be motivated and enthusiastic about all aspects of the role and keen to take on responsibilities.

- Be highly organised, with excellent time management skills, attention to detail and an ability to work independently and well with a team to complete a set task.

Responsibilities/Objectives:

- Assist Production Manager to manage production and production staff.
- Be Involved in production planning and staff roster.
- Manage maintenance of machines and facilities.
- Manage quality control of production and ensure maintenance of quality standards.
- Maintain safety in the factory and compliance to all required local laws and company policies.
- Maximizes the efficiency of production lines and ensure the effective employment utilization.
- To coordinate all operations business unit/Department and operation system for smoothens up the operation process
- Such other duties as may be asked of you, within your capabilities from time to time.

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years’ experience working experience in Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalent.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Gelang Patah.(Ulu Choh or SILC)
- Proactive personality, strong problem solving and analytical skills, performance driven, result oriented.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Note:
As this is a small company, all staff must be able and willing to assist in a range of activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6-24 months
