Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Office Location:
- KL Eco City (Walking distance to LRT/KTM Abdullah Hukum, Mid Valley & The Gardens Mall)
Job Description and Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer and addressing their queries and concerns with accuracy and satisfaction.
- Proactively calling clients to inform them about new products, services, and policies.
- Keeping customers informed about in-house campaigns and promotions by reviewing their accounts.
- Collaborating with other backend department professionals to improve overall customer service quality.
Skills required:
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Committed to working effectively within a team.
Supplemental Pay Types:

**Experience**:
- Preferred 1-year experience in Customer Services/Care, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Languages:
- Chinese (Compulsory)
- English (preferred)
- Malay or any other languages would be a plus
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
**Education**:
- At least SPM qualifications
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
