What you'll be doing?
  • Handle inquiries: Respond to customer requests, feedback, concerns, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage communications: Engage with customers through calls, messages, and live chats on social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Resolve issues: Effectively manage and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers and retailers.
  • Drive sales: Proactively initiate, follow up, and close sales with customers and retailers.
  • Coordinate projects: Oversee daily operations and activities of online marketplaces and the company website.
  • Optimize interactions: Set up, monitor, and optimize automated bot replies to improve customer interactions.
  • Prepare reports: Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ad-hoc tasks: Undertake any other duties as assigned by management.
Who are they looking for?
  • Work Flexibility: Willing to work on a rotation/shift basis in line with the nature of customer service operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay (verbal and written) for effective communication with diverse customers.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset and sales-oriented approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Good problem-solving skills with patience and empathy for customer interactions.
  • Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Platform Management: Comfortable managing customer interactions across various channels including social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service role is advantageous for immediate contribution.
