**Job Description**:

- Dengar keperluan pelanggan dan cadangkan produk atau perkhidmatan yang sesuai.
- Proses pesanan pelanggan dan berikan maklumat harga dan penghantaran yang tepat.
- Selesaikan pertanyaan, aduan, atau masalah pelanggan dengan cepat dan berkesan.
- Menyimpan pengetahuan tentang promosi, diskaun, dan polisi syarikat semasa.
- Capai dan melebihi matlamat jualan dan KPI.

Kelayakan
- Pengalaman yang telah terbukti dalam jualan atau perkhidmatan pelanggan.
- Fasih / Mahir dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Inggeris
- Pengetahuan Komputer ,
- Sijil SPM atau yang setaraf; ijazah dalam perniagaan atau bidang berkaitan adalah satu kelebihan.
- Sikap positif dan sedia untuk belajar.
