We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing and creating content for our social media channels, helping to enhance our online presence and engage our audience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of social media marketing and learn from experienced professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for various social media platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and engagement opportunities.
- Interact with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Help analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategies.
- Support the social media team with brainstorming and implementing new ideas for campaigns and content.
- Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with basic social media management tools and basic graphic design skills (preferred).
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
