- menyaipkan tugasan harian pembersihan bilik, bilik mandi dan tandas bagi room floor yang ditetapkan. - melengkapkan bilik dengan amenities sertya guest supplies yang sepatutnya. -memeriksa status dan kondisi bilik sewrta melaporkan status bilik sesuai dengan hasil pemeriksaan - melaporkan kepada Floor Supervisor sekiranya mendapatkan perbezaan status bilik -mengendalikan situasi lost & fund sesuai dengan SOP Hotel. -Menerima arahan dan tugasan lain dari Room supervisor / Asst Housekeeper / Executive Housekeeper.
