**Accounts & Admin Assistant**
**Location: Bandar Puteri Puchong - Selangor**
**Responsibilities**:
- To assist and perform sales & purchase administrative duties.
- Handle shipment coming from Oversea or local Supplier.
- Manage and monitor company billing and collection.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Manage and Keep track of bills payment - ex. Utilities, License
- Basic accounting entries / Book keeping
- Carry out ad-hoc task as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate OR Min 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, **Chinese**.
- Computer Literate: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
- SQL Accounting Software would be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good working attitude, problem solving & communication skills.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
