Admin Account Assistant

**Location: Bandar Puchong Jaya**
**Working Arrangement: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including dealer/partner follow-ups.
- Organize travel itineraries, hotel bookings, visa arrangements, etc.
- Track action items, project deadlines, and ensure timely reminders.
- Attend meetings (online/offline) and take concise minutes.
- Support the CEO in managing dealer or key customer relationships.
- Handle confidential files and sensitive corporate data with professionalism.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment on CEO’s priorities.
- Assist in creating and proofreading internal documents, business summaries, and proposals.
- Assist in handling account paperwork, general account admin work
**Requirements**:
- Malaysian
- Prefereably Female and mandarin speaker
- 1-2 years of Accounting and secretary experience
- Age less than 30
- Bachelor's degree in education level
- Understanding of the printing industry will be an added advantages
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
