Production Executive

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing and related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production role within the wood manufacturing industry (preferred).
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in production management tools and software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Location work at Olak Lempit, Banting Selangor.
- 15 minutes to KLIA

**To achieve on time delivery**
- To implement and control the production schedule in order to achieve on time delivery.
- To review and adjust the schedule where needed if changes in the completion date.
- To review and work together with planner to conform the shipment date.
- To update the JD progress report in order to monitor the JD status for delivery confirmation.

**To achieve daily and monthly production output target for “Wooden Reel”.**
- To manage the production process, material and manpower in order to achieve daily and monthly production output target.
- To ensure daily and monthly production out are achieved.
- To closely monitor the JD completion progress starting from raw material preparation, internal processes, final finishing up to painting and packing processes.

**Managing Quality**
- To ensure product produce comply with the established quality required.
- To ensure the quality self-checking in place and followed by production team.

**Improvement Projects/Kaizen**
- To achieve cost saving value thru process improvement (kaizen) as required by management.
- To ensure Kaizen cost saving programmed done accordingly.
- To assist production team to carrying out Kaizen project for cost saving and increase production efficiency.

**Manpower utilization**
- To ensure the manpower being utilized for the production processes.
- To reduce the number of workers thru process improvement.
- To fix the number of manpower base on most efficient on the production processes.

**Control material resources**
- Manage material resources to meet production targets.
- To ensure material use in most efficient to avoid wastage.

**Monitor the production efficiency**
- To monitor the process efficiency in order to achieve the monthly output target set.
- To overseeing production processes, line balancing.
- Emphasis in developing labor cost reduction system as well as maximizing efficiency.
- To plan, organize and control production in an organization to ensure that goods are produces efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.

**Safety and health regulations**
- To ensure that health and safety regulation are met.
- To ensure safety working environment in place.
- To enforce health and safety precautions.

**Daily TPM and Preventive maintenance on Machine**
- Monitor and ensure the critical machine routine preventive maintenance are done accordingly.
- Notify maintenance department, if preventive maintenance due.
- To communicate with planner and maintenance regarding the machine breakdown and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid disruption on the delivery schedule.
- To coordinate with the maintenance manager on the preventative and emergency maintenance required.

**Training & Coaching**
- To plan the training for all the Production Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, Line Leaders.
- To carry out On-The-Job-Training for new members and re-training / refreshment training for existing production personnel when necessary.
- Identify training needs for production team.

**Handle the discipline and counselling the Production personnel**
- To in charge of discipline as well as the attendance of all the respective production team.
- To evaluate monthly performance of Production Supervisor, line leader, section leader and general worker.
- Supervise and motivate a team of workers.

Where necessary, it is required to perform other tasks as stipulated by the top management and Department Head.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
