1. Membuat surat untuk pelanggan.
2. Menguruskan keluar masuk surat dan parcel.
3. Pendaftaran vendor
4. Membuat acces kad staff.
5. Bertanggungjawab untuk mendapatkan sebarang pengiktirafan dari pihak yang berkaitan syarikat (award, bon, ISO).
6. Pembaharuan lesen MOF.
7. Bertanggungjawab menyelia media sosial Syarikat.
8. Purchase order. Pembelian kelengkapan syarikat dan juga uniform pengawal Keselamatan.
9. Pembaharuan lesen KDN. Penyediaan pembaharuan lesen KDN setiap tahun sebelum 3 bulan hujung tahun.
10. Pengambilan kelengkapan dan uniform pengawal
11. Permohonan C&U senjata api, proses penambahan senjata api.
12. Bertanggungjawab menyelia semua peralatan Syarikat.
13. Lain - lain tugas yang diberikan pihak pengurusan dari masa ke semasa.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
