**Overview**:
**What will you do**:
**1. Sales Leadership**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the India market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, **Introducing Brokers (IBs)**, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.

**2. Conversion & Retention**:

- Lead the sales team in converting leads into active traders through effective engagement and onboarding strategies.
- Implement innovative client retention initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value and ensure high satisfaction levels.

**3. Business Development**:

- Expand the reach of the trading platform by onboarding **new IBs** and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Identify and capture opportunities to grow market share in the competitive Forex & CFDs space.

**4. Market Strategy & Execution**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns tailored to the Indian audience.
- Stay updated on market trends, client behavior, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

**5. Team Management**:

- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to excel in their roles.
- Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and foster a results-driven culture.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelors degree in **Business, Finance, or related field**.
- Minimum **5 years of experience in the Forex & CFDs industry** with at least **2 years of managing conversion, retention, and sales teams**.
- Established network of **clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs)**.
- Strong knowledge of **Indias financial markets**, trading platforms, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in **English and Hindi** is essential; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
