Golden Years Senior Residence is a trusted elderly care centre with branches in Shah Alam, Puchong, and Seri Kembangan. We provide compassionate, professional, and personalized care to our residents, ensuring a dignified and fulfilling life in their golden years.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and result-driven **Business Development Manager** to lead customer acquisition, expand our market reach, and build strategic partnerships.

**Job scope**:
**1. Business Growth & Client Acquisition**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase occupancy across all branches.
- Implement strategic marketing and outreach plans to attract potential residents and their families.
- Build a strong referral network through hospitals, clinics, NGOs, insurance providers, and community-based organizations.

**2. Marketing & Promotion**
- Work with the team to plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns.
- Represent Golden Years at industry events, exhibitions, and community outreach programmes.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**
- Conduct facility tours and consultations for potential clients and families.
- Ensure high satisfaction levels through consistent follow-ups and feedback collection.
- Maintain a CRM system to track leads, enquiries, and conversion data.

**4. Strategic Planning & Reporting**
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and business performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and package development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in healthcare, eldercare, or hospitality sectors).
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Passion for elder care and social impact is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is advantageous.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel between branches.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,300.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
