Putra Business School is currently looking for outstanding individuals to fill in the following position:

Quality Assurance Assistant (6-month contract)

Key Responsibilities:

MQA

  • Prepare and maintain programme file for QAD records.
  • Assist with MQA documentation, submissions, visits and follow-ups including Provisional Accreditation, Full Accreditation, Curriculum Changes, and compliance audits.
  • Support curriculum and Programme Reviews as Secretariat.

PQMS

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the PQMS timeline.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate internal quality audits, management reviews, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor and update P-QMS information regularly.
  • Facilitate the collection and analysis of stakeholders feedback for continuous improvement.

Other Responsibilities

  • Assist in PBS Internal Audit for Academic Programmes
  • QAD Administration – Maintian and update QAD Budget, QAD calendar, QAD Notes of meetings and QAD activities.
  • Serve as QAD secretariat
  • Support PBS commitees, programmes and activities as required.

Any other duties assigned as and when required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Strategic Management, Public Relations, or related field.

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

· Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Project management skills and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); knowledge of data analysis

tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
