We are seeking a native Japanese speaker who can truly connect with our Japanese-speaking customers and provide them with a seamless and personalized experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues or concerns
- Foster positive relationships with customers through engaging and empathetic communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities to enhance customer engagement
Qualifications:
- Native Japanese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese
- Strong proficiency in English to collaborate with the global team
- Previous experience in customer service or social media support is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building customer relationships
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
