**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Responsible to create and implement a wide variety of marketing and public relations initiatives to effectively and efficiently generate sales and revenue opportunities.
- Responsible to drive company brand based on current marketing best practices and industry trends.
- Evaluates and implements appropriate new sales techniques to increase sales effectiveness profitability. Assists in developing sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals. Addresses non-performing products.
- Provides periodic market reports to the organization.
- Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Resolves sensitive customer issues.
- Other ad-hoc assignments will be assigned to you from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Knowledge in Bachelor Degree in the field of marketing or advertising, sales etc.
- Be self-motivated, self-directed and results oriented.
- Experienceat least 3-5 year(s) of experience in Marketing Specialist.
- Identify and communicate customer needs and specifications to our team.
- Effectively and professionally handle customer negotiations and communications.
- Maintain a high degree of integrity, professionalism and customer-focus.
- Experience in the woodworking industry, a plus.
- Strong understanding of current marketing best practices and continuing education or degree in marketing, a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
