As an Operations Executive in the retail sector, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail outlets. Your primary goal will be to ensure efficient and effective store operations, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve operational excellence. You will work closely with Operation Managers and store’s staff to implement policies, optimize processes, and meet performance targets.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- In-depth understanding of retail operations and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with inventory management, sales analysis, and customer service principles.

**Your Day-to-Day**:

- Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with store managers to ensure consistent operational standards across all locations.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
- Ensure accurate stock management and minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement customer service training programs for staff.
- Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain operational standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
