**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all commercial activities and manage the commercial team to ensure project profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance business performance and achieve financial targets.
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive project success and resolve commercial issues.
- Lead the preparation and submission of commercial bids and tenders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Oversee contract administration and ensure timely resolution of contract disputes.
- Supervise and manage commercial aspects of construction site operations.
- Ensure accurate project cost control and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of commercial goals with project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of managing budgets and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in contract management and supplier relations.
- Demonstrated experience in bid preparation and tender submissions.
- Strong understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
- Ability to manage risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in project management software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Experience in overseeing commercial aspects of construction site operations.
- Knowledge of construction site processes and the ability to work closely with site managers and engineers.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,600.00 per month
