Account Executive Admin

1. Processing invoices and managing staff claims.
2. Recording and banking in receipts, preparing payment vouchers and cheques.
3. Monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable.
4. Maintaining organized and accurate filing systems for documents.
6. Providing support to the accounting department and other administrative staff.
7. Assisting with various ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management.
8. Performing general office duties, such as managing office equipment and liaising with service providers.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Language**:
- English, Malay, Mandarin (preferred)
